1. General

• These terms apply to all purchases made in-store and online.

• Handmade Fiesta reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.

2. Products

• We take care to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but occasional errors may occur.

• Colours, finishes, and sizes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

• Goods must be paid for in full before collection or delivery.

• In-store: we accept cash and card payments.

• Online: card payments only.

4. Pricing

• All prices are in GBP (£).

• Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect confirmed and paid orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Customers have 28 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Exclusions: perishable goods, personalised or custom-made items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons).

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your item is faulty, not as described, or damaged, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

• Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of purchase.

7. Liability

• Handmade Fiesta is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by misuse of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods purchased.
