Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please read our policy below.

1. Returns timeframe

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Condition of items

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, personalised/custom items, or earrings (for hygiene reasons).

3. Refunds & exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability.

  • Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.

4. Faulty or damaged items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.

5. How to return

  • Returns can be made in-store (if you have a physical location) or posted back to us (at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty).
