Returns Policy
We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please read our policy below.
1. Returns timeframe
Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Condition of items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, personalised/custom items, or earrings (for hygiene reasons).
3. Refunds & exchanges
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability.
Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
4. Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
5. How to return
Returns can be made in-store (if you have a physical location) or posted back to us (at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty).
